Jon Boumstein, Founder and Principal of CCT, served as President and CEO of Data Dimensions, a leading technology services provider in the worker’s compensation industry, for over 20 years. During his tenure with the company revenues grew from $2 million to over $100 million. He currently serves as an Executive Advisor for multiple technology and investment firms, helping executive leaders grow their organizations and improve operational efficiencies. As a seasoned professional, Mr. Boumstein brings a wealth of industry experience, energy, and extremely innovative thinking.

Arnold Silvestri
Arnold Silvestri brings over 35 years of experience in the workers’ compensation managed care marketplace. Prior to joining CCT, Mr. Silvestri was Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of ManageWare, LLC, an advanced technology company focused on creating customized managed care programs in the workers’ compensation marketplace. In his role as Chief Growth Officer, he was instrumental in bringing the company to market while also participating in the organization’s executive leadership team. Mr. Silvestri also served as President of Comprehensive Cost Solutions (2CS) leading the company from its initial start-up phase to become a market leader in bill review services in California.

Francine Johnson is a dynamic professional with over 25 years of experience in the P&C Worker’s Compensation industry. Renowned for her insight and innovation in network and out-of-network operations and data analytics, Francine has a history of consistently driving strategic developments, resulting in substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies. With a career marked by senior leadership roles at OneCall, Optum, and Coventry, she has leveraged her knowledge and expertise to drive millions of dollars in revenue generation, improve processing times and overall productivity, and increase cost savings. Additionally, she actively contributes to Kids Chance of Utah as a founding member and Scholarship Chair.
